San Diego Wedding Florist

At Three Swords Floral Co, we make designing luxury wedding florals feel effortless for our clients. But behind the scenes, we’re meticulously orchestrating floral orders from growers across the world. We are in and out of planning meetings with your vendors and doing repeated site visits to make sure our logistics leave no surprises for the big day. We’re in a revolving door of research and discover - blending flowers with house-made ceramics, handmade candles, and luxury-feel linens.

You deserve to feel taken care of on your wedding day, so hiring an experienced floral designer is important.

Lucky for you, we’ve been working in the floral and wedding industry since 2015. We’ve seen trends come and go. We have a decade of troubleshooting in our toolkit. We know how to make a good design stand out and speak for itself.

You’re in good hands, let us take it from here.

How We Work:

Our Wedding Floral Design Process

  • Reach out via email - hello@threeswordsfloralco.com

We'll respond within 12-24 hours to gather essential info about your needs and schedule a quick chat if needed.

We recommend having your planner get the conversation started on your behalf, but feel free to ask us for referrals if you’re still shopping.

  • If your design feels more complex, we'll meet (in-person or virtually) to discuss your wedding style, venue, and floral preferences.

Within 3-5 days of touching base, you'll receive a detailed design proposal including mood boards, suggested florals, and transparent pricing.

  • Once you approve the proposal, we'll send a contract and request a 50% retainer to secure your date. This will go toward your final payment!

We only take 10-15 weddings per year, so booking early is recommended.

  • 6-8 weeks before your wedding, we'll finalize all details: exact floral varieties, quantities, setup logistics, and timeline. This is when we coordinate with your planner and venue.

  • For weddings over $10k, complimentary floral samples are available 6 weeks before your event.

  • Our team sources premium California grown flowers, creates your designs, and handles delivery and setup at your venue. We coordinate timing with your planner to ensure seamless installation.

  • You get to enjoy stunning florals without lifting a finger. We handle dropping off personals at your getting ready spot, handle all setup and breakdown, so you can focus on celebrating.

Custom Ceramics

If you’re booking a wedding or event with us, you’ll have the opportunity to commission some custom ceramics. We mail out test tiles and mock ups once you’re booked, and we’ll design a custom stamp to personalize your ceramics.

These are great for people looking to have a meaningful guest takeaway at the end of the event without having to worry about clean up logistics.
