Purchases & Payment

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping Details

All products ship within 3–5 business days via USPS.
Our ceramics are handmade, fragile, and carefully packaged for transit. Each piece is placed in tissue, suspended within a box, then nested inside a larger box with biodegradable packing peanuts to protect during shipping.

Return Policy

All items are handmade, fragile, and one-of-a-kind.

If an item breaks during shipping, please email hello@threeswordsfloralco.com within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the box upon opening and any detail shots helpful for our team to file an insurance claim.

We will replace broken items on a first-come, first-served basis. Because many pieces are fired 3–5 times, replacements may take 4–12 weeks depending on the item, season, and your place in our production queue.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return or refund. Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Product Care

• Ceramics with standard glazing are microwave and dishwasher safe.

• Ceramics with metallic gilding (e.g., gold, Mother of Pearl) must not be microwaved or placed in the dishwasher.
  Hand wash with a soft sponge and dry thoroughly with a towel before storing.

Intellectual Property

All content—including imagery, designs, copy, and logos—is the intellectual property of Three Swords Floral Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Three Swords Floral Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
